Fashion Haul

So instead of socializing this summer, I decided to buy stuff online.. Eee!
Hope you enjoy! xx (:

I got this top at Zara and I thought it was just simply chic; something you can wear when you go out to dinner, with friends or just about town. I love the button lining in the back-it seems so sophisticated along with the peter pan collar haha.

A couple posts ago, I announced that I had ordered the Topshop Teddy Fur Pea Coat and may I just say I feel like a freakin sheep when I wear it. It is the warmest thing I own (which is weird because I live in Southern California) and I cant wait to wear it when it gets colder, which wont be till around  January haha. Seriously it is so warm and comfy and it's great if you live someplace where it gets to the freezing tempertures.

Sorry for the really crappy lighting here but oh well. Alas, I got another Eleanor exact! The Easy Sweater doesn't look very warm in photos but au contraire.... it is. Again, when it gets to the colder climate here, I'm definitely wearing this around school or on a casual day to hang out.

Seeing as Topshop is now out of stock of the Alexy platform chelsea boots, I saw these boots from ASOS were a great alternative! Unlike the chelsea boots which I thought were feminine, these shoes have a more rounded toe edge and give that vibe of masculinity which I think is very chic if you pair it with high waisted jeans and a button down shirt and blazer for that cosmopolitan look, or you can pair it with a cute dress and it will still look chic.

Just ordered this!

The Topshop 'Teddy Fur Pea Coat' is extremely similar to Eleanor's Sparkle+Fade Coat. I just ordered this beauty the other day, and I can't wait for it to come in the mail! In the mean time, I decided to put together some outfit ideas to wear with this warm coat for the autumn and fall time.

For the first outfit, I chose a very casual look, especially with the oversized tee. I wanted to keep the monochrome so I chose boots; and for hair, I thought a messy bun would complete the look.

This outfit I would wear on days where I need to look semi-formal. I chose the Monki grey dress with a Zara basic bag and Blonde&Blonde Cutout boots. I love the accented red on the straps of the purse to give a little more warm color to the whole monochrome outfit.

For this outfit, I chose a very autumn/winter plaid dress from Zara and ASOS high ankle boots. If you haven't noticed, I love maroon and black so I definitely love the pop of color this dress gives off to complete the whole outfit.
Lastly,  this outfit is one for those more colder autumn days. I love the embellished detailing on the sweater. I paired it with the Topshop Moto jeans (aka the most comfortable jeans in the world). This is the look I would definitely wear going to school.

That's it, hope you liked it (:

Current Wish list!

Seeing as it's summer and my days usually consist of scrolling through online shops all day, I decided to make a little wish list of some items I've been keeping my eye on. x

1. Topshop Red Bandana Maxi Skirt
Ever since maxi skirts came in fashion, I swore to myself I would never try one on, purchase on, or even think of it for that matter. But I came across this on Topshop's website and for some reason, it stood out to me. The bohemian pattern makes it look very summery, especially the choice of red they used as a base. I think it would look amazing with some sandals, a white singlet top, and a concho hat!

2. Monki Elena Dress
If someone looks at my closet, they'll find all monochrome outfits. So when I came across this plain grey jersey dress, I just fell in love. This will sound weird but the reason why I love it is that it's so basic! This is a great year-round dress. For summer, you can wear it as is with some ankle boots and ray-bans, and for the winter you can layer it with a leather jacket, some tights and a pair of adonis.

3. ASOS Longline Coatigan
This is basically a necessity. It's a coat. It's a cardigan. Its a two in one item! You can wear this over a summer outfit for those late chilly nights or you can wear it in the autumn and winter time as a finishing item on your layered outfit.

4.Topshop Blush in Flush
I've always been a fan of cream blushes; they always look so natural looking and not as cakey as powered blushes. This color is a perfect, natural looking blush color to put on for those casual days or even when you go out.

5. Mulberry Small Effie Satchel
My love for Mulberry's purses started when I saw Eleanor Calder's Mulberry Alexa and Effie. It's just the perfect size to bring when going to the mall or to run errands or anything! I just love it so much haha.

6. Topshop Alexy Platform Chelsea Boots
Again, my love for these shoes began when I saw Eleanor wear them to the KCA's last summer. They are just the perfect boot to wear anywhere; you can dress them up or down and they'll still go with everything. Its just a boot that should be in everyones closet.

So thats everything on my current wish list! Let me know what you think! (: xx
